Miracle Paste a unique texture
The paste has a unique stringy texture that allows it to be fished soft but has the ability to stay on the hook much longer than most other pastes. For best results mix the paste at least 2 days before and leave to stand in a plastic bag. This changes the texture and smell which is irresistible to the fish.
I often use the paste after a week, it may smell foul but that's just the paste fermenting and the fish love it. A 150g bag will usually be enough for a steady days fishing but if you are doing some serious bagging then the 500g bag is on the cards.
To mix the paste add the powder to a suitable container, (a round plastic bowl ideal) making sure you save a bit in case of accidents. Add water and mix to form a semi-runny mixture, don't worry it thickens up fast. Mix the paste vigorously to form a smooth texture without lumps, you will see it start to thicken up and form a ball. When it forms a ball pick it up and knead like bread dough to activate the binder. If at this stage it's too soft adjust with either water on your hands or sprinkling with a small amount of powder but again knead well. When you are happy with the texture place the ball into a plastic bag, this eliminates excess moisture evaporation and it drying out.
The paste is now ready to be used but I recommend leaving it in a cool place for about 2 days, this starts the fermenting process which improves the texture and smell. Always knead the ball before using to remove any air that has formed in the ball and this again improves the texture.
It's that simple and just freeze any unused paste for future use.

STEP 2, ADD WATER TO THE POWDER, IT TAKES QUITE A BIT
IT MAY SEEM THAT YOU HAVE SLIPPED UP AND ADDED TOO MUCH WATER AT FIRST, DON'T WORRY THE POWDER ABSORBS LOADS OF WATER AND WILL THICKEN UP QUICKLY. AT THIS STAGE VIGOROUS MIXING IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE ANY LUMPS AND ALSO TO ACTIVATE THE BINDER TO GIVE THAT UNIQUE TEXTURE.
IT MAY SEEM TOO WET BUT KEEP MIXING AND WATCH AS IT ABSORBS THE WATER AND THICKENS
STEP 3, IT SOON BECOMES THICKER AND STARTS TO RESEMBLE PASTE AT THIS POINT
STEP 4, WITH MORE MIXING AND KNEADING IT STARTS TO TAKE ON THE STRINGY TEXTURE ASSOCIATED WITH MIRACLE PASTE.
THIS IS ALMOST READY TO USE NOW, I ADVISE LEAVING IT A FEW MINUTES BEFORE GIVING IT ANOTHER GOOD KNEADING, BE ROUGH WITH IT AND GET THOSE BINDERS WORKING.
NOW YOU CAN USE IT, BUT I PREFER TO MIX THE PASTE A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE AND LEAVE IT TO STAND SO IT BEGINS TO FERMENT. MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT IN A PLASTIC BAG SO IT DOESN'T DRY OUT. AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS IT WILL SMELL, LOOK AND FEEL DIFFERENT AGAIN, THIS IS JUST HOW THE FISH LOVE IT.

Use this for paste, groundbait, slop, cloud or for a binding agent for other groundbaits. When mixing bear in mind that this takes up water like a sponge, you will be surprised just how much. Make it much wetter than you think it needs to be and then wait for the transformation.
